Update README screenshots

Replace the old 4 screenshots with 7 current ones covering chat,
General/Apple Intelligence settings, MCP + Personal Data settings,
Agent Skills (list + edit), Advanced settings, and iCloud Backup —
placed next to the sections they illustrate.
