Add missing AccentColor asset

Build settings referenced ASSETCATALOG_COMPILER_GLOBAL_ACCENT_COLOR_NAME = AccentColor but no such color set existed in Assets.xcassets, causing a build warning. Added it using the app's existing blue accent (#0a7aca, same as Color.oaiAccent) for consistency. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
